Giving Back

At ClearFocus, we believe in supporting the communities in which we live and work, and encourage our employees to volunteer and give back to the community. As a company, we proudly support the D’Brickashaw Ferguson Foundation in memory of ClearFocus founder Kevin Cassidy’s daughter Christina Cassidy.

On September 3, 2016, Christina Cassidy, having just completed her first year of Law School at Rutgers University, was tragically killed by a hit and run driver as she crossed a street. She was only 25 years old. Although young, Chris had a gift of understanding people. With every opportunity she had through college, internships and jobs, she expended her hard work and open heart to broaden the reach of justice. Her biggest drive to attend law school was to help break the caustic cycles of underprivileged neighborhoods.

Chris, a life-long New York Jets fan, admired individuals such as former New York Jets Tackle D’Brickashaw Ferguson, who gave of his time and resources to the community. So in memory of Christina Cassidy, who was taken from us too soon, and left the work she would have done to serve underprivileged neighborhoods undone, ClearFocus Technologies proudly supports and encourages contribution to the D’Brickashaw Ferguson Foundation. The Foundation’s mission is to improve the quality of life for students by awarding academic scholarships to deserving eligible students who reside in the New York area and throughout the United States. The Foundation also provides financial support to churches, schools, food banks and clothing ministries in hopes of building up the respective communities, and thereby showing God’s love in action.

Gifts to the D’Brickashaw Ferguson Foundation can be made to:
