ClearFocus has announced the promotion of Andy Herscher to Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Herscher’s years of experience as a cybersecurity professional, past entrepreneurial experience and MBA from Colorado State University have prepared him well for this position. Additionally, he has been instrumental bringing in new work for ClearFocus, winning work at the DOE Office of the CIO, DOE Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management and NASA. In Mr. Herscher’s new role, he will be accountable for the health and well-being of both our clients and employees, and he will provide executive leadership for client delivery, account management, employee programs and recruiting. He will continue to be responsible for his Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) duties which include refining our Information Assurance service offerings and leading our pursuit of our Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). ClearFocus has also announced the promotion of Pam Wiley to Director of Proposals and Communications. Since Ms. Wiley joined our company two years ago, she has applied best practices and lessons learned from her 25 years of proposal experience to mature our proposal development, writing, editing and messaging to a new level. Her leadership style and relationship-building skills have helped us build and nurture strong alliances with key partner companies which are critical to our company’s growth, and she led the development of several proposal efforts that resulted in new business. Additionally, this past year Ms. Wiley has taken on responsibility for our corporate communications which include the company website, newsletter, marketing materials, social media and press releases.
