Glen provides the technical direction for ClearFocus’ cybersecurity services and is accountable for keeping the company on the forefront of technical advances that protect information assets and critical infrastructure. He provides technical oversight for the delivery of the company’s cybersecurity services and establishes company best practices. He also established ClearFocus’ Industrial Control System (ICS) Cybersecurity practice and serves as the practice lead. Glen holds certifications in the fields of computer forensics, incident response, malware analysis and penetration testing. He contributed to the cybersecurity portions of the NIST CyberSkills framework and believes in the importance of professionalizing and growing the cybersecurity workforce. Before joining ClearFocus, Glen worked for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) where he was responsible for building and managing the Security Operations Center (SOC) for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). Glen holds a technical degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. In his personal time, Glen enjoys hiking, family vacations and working in his workshop where he teaches his children practical skills like welding.
Tracey is accountable for managing ClearFocus’ back-office operations which include contracts, client invoicing, procurement and federal and commercial program support. Prior to joining ClearFocus, Tracey was accountable for corporate operations for DH Technologies. Tracey has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Sanford Brown College. In her free time, Tracey coaches girls basketball and is a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan.
As our Director of Proposals & Communications, Pam leads all aspects of our proposal development and corporate communications. She brings 25 years of proposal management, writing, editing and messaging to her role and previously served in various roles at General Dynamics Information Technology, Unisys, Capital One and Battelle Memorial Institute among others. She crafted messaging and a wide variety of communications for Anthem, The Biotechnology Industry Organization and Sentara Health System. Pam attended Virginia Tech and holds a bachelor’s degree in English from West Texas A&M University. She loves dogs and enjoys the theatre, bike riding, gardening and traveling.
Chris Ruotolo is accountable for shaping the direction of ClearFocus’ Enterprise IT services, technology, and implementation processes. Chris also leads ClearFocus’ Professional Services Practice where he has developed repeatable service offerings for OEMs, VARs and direct client engagements. Prior to joining ClearFocus Chris supported various OEMs and VARs which include Nutanix, Cloudistics, Pure Storage, and he has considerable experience supporting VMWare engagements. Chris has multiple technical certifications for Nutanix, VMWare, Pure Storage and several other products. Chris is a voracious reader who enjoys riding motorcycles, electronic projects and playing with his kids.
Andy is accountable for the health and well-being of the company’s clients and employees, and he provides executive leadership for client delivery, account management, employee programs and recruiting. Andy also serves as the company’s Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) which includes refining our Information Assurance service offerings and leading the company’s pursuit of the CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification). Andy has multiple cybersecurity certifications which include the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), the Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) and the Metasploit Certified Specialist (MCS). Before joining ClearFocus, Andy was the Director of Cybersecurity for InScope International, and prior to InScope, Andy held several Security Engineer positions that supported government programs. Andy has a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Information System Security from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from Colorado State University. In his free time, Andy enjoys spending time with his family and making things with his hands. He is a lifelong learner who loves to explore, be it discovering the hidden culinary gems of a city or experiencing the wonders of flight while exploring this great nation as a private pilot.
Kevin Cassidy is responsible for defining and implementing ClearFocus’ vision and strategy. Kevin is also accountable for the company’s profitability and growth. Prior to starting ClearFocus, Kevin was the VP of Operations for InScope International where he was responsible for the delivery of enterprise IT and software development services. He also managed the company’s internal operations. Kevin started his career at AT&T and later moved on to OnePoint Communications and Verizon where he served in various IT leadership roles. Kevin is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University and an MBA from Georgia State University. Kevin’s interests include performance cars, running and video production, and he actively serves on his church’s video ministry team.
Bill is responsible for pipeline and capture development. He has worked in business development and program management for over 35 years for corporations such as Raytheon, Arctic Slope, and STX. Bill has experience with most federal government agencies and brings his strong relationships and networks to building winning teams. He is a certified PMP and holds a master’s degree in Geology and bachelor’s degree in Earth Science. Bill is an endurance athlete and enjoys traveling.
As the Human Resources Manager, Joanna provides support to employees throughout the full employee lifecycle. She brings 15 years of progressive HR experience, and her areas of expertise include strategic HR planning, onboarding, employee development, benefits administration, and performance management. In previous roles, Joanna served as an internal HR Business Partner. In more recent years, she has supported a variety of businesses as a Human Resources consultant. Joanna is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) with a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). Joanna graduated from Liberty University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband and her three dogs. She also loves to make Amigurumi (crocheted stuffed animals/dolls), do pyrography and read.
Jennifer is responsible for managing client delivery and serves as the primary point of contact for our agency clients. She manages deliverables and builds and nurtures relationships that result in satisfied clients that view ClearFocus as a valued partner. Her excellent interpersonal and communication skills contribute to building cohesive, mission-focused teams that get results. She demonstrates an exceptional work ethic and ability to work well under pressure and uses analytical skills and critical thinking to meet mission objectives. Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Valdosta State University and a Bachelor of Science in Air Traffic Management with a minor in Computer Science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Her prior experience includes serving as an air traffic control specialist for the FAA. Jennifer enjoys being a wife and mother, traveling, creating things in her art room, and oil painting.
