ClearFocus volunteered to participate in an MBA student capstone project at Rice University. For this project, students are working with the ClearFocus leadership team and their course instructors to develop thorough and actionable solutions to the strategic challenges facing the company. The leadership team is being interviewed by the students, and they are providing statistics to give students a holistic view of the company’s challenges. Students will present ClearFocus with a multi-year, strategic growth plan for the company to become the best cybersecurity services provider and attract top talent.
