Giving Back

ClearFocus Technologies champions anti-racist and humanitarian actions. We believe that giving back starts with fair treatment of our employees and collective action to aid our community. Not only do we encourage employees to donate and serve on their own time, but we also provide opportunities to serve together as a company. ClearFocus cares about creating a better future for everyone.

As a company, we proudly support the following organizations: 

• NAACP Legal Defense Fund:  ClearFocus is proud to provide financial support the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc. (LDF). LDF is America’s premier legal organization fighting for racial justice and seeks structural changes to expand democracy, eliminate disparities and achieve racial justice.
• FACETS: ClearFocus is proud financial contributor to FACETS, an organization that helps Fairfax County individuals, parents and their children fight the effects of poverty. FACETS seeks to engage and educate the community by providing long-term solutions and resources to break the cycle of poverty for our neighbors in need.
• Loudoun Hunger Relief: ClearFocus is proud to financially support Loudoun Hunger Relief (LHR). LHR provides food for Loudoun County residents in need. They supply food for three meals a day for three days for each family member. Families can use this service twice a month.
• World Wildlife Fund:  ClearFocus is proud to financially support the World Wildlife Fund (WWF). WWF collaborates with local communities to conserve the natural resources and build a future in which people and nature can thrive together. They transform markets and policies toward sustainability, tackle the threats driving the climate crisis and protect and restore wildlife and their habitats. 

ClearFocus employees also give back by:

• Donating new toys and household items to families in need through the non-profit organization, HomeStretch.
• Participating in our company-wide Giving Back competitions
• Giving to The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program
• Making donations to Central Loudoun Youth Football and Basketball programs
• Contributing to programs for pediatric health research, animal shelters, homeless shelters, food pantries, education equality and more.

Volunteering:

• Food for Others: ClearFocus is proud to repeatedly volunteer at Food for Others (FFO) in Fairfax, VA. FFO serves the nation’s capital area by providing meals for individuals and families that are food insecure. ClearFocus has also participated in FFO’s Power Pack Program which discreetly provides students that rely on school lunches for nourishment with weekend meals packed in backpacks.
• Rice University MBA Program:  ClearFocus volunteered to help MBA students at Rice University complete their capstone project as part of the company’s giving back program. The students interviewed the ClearFocus leadership team to learn about strategic challenges, and they are providing ClearFocus with a multi-year, strategic growth plan for the company to become the best cybersecurity services provider and attract top talent. By participating in this project, ClearFocus helped bridge the gap between their education and the next steps in their careers.

• Capital Area Food Bank: ClearFocus volunteered as a company at Capital Area Food Bank in Washington, DC. Volunteers packed food such as, macaroni and cheese and canned fruit and vegetables into boxes for food-insecure families in the metropolitan area.
